Newsletters Created After Each Workshop of the Project

Within the Erasmus+ project “Fostering Youth Participation and Social Justice”, project number 2024-3-DE04-KA154-YOU-000271505, newsletters were created after each workshop of the project in order to document the activities, share the main results, and ensure continuous visibility of the project outcomes.

The newsletters were an important dissemination tool because they helped us present the progress of the project in a clear, accessible, and attractive way. After every workshop, the project team collected the most relevant information, photos, reflections, participant feedback, and learning outcomes, and transformed them into structured newsletters for the wider public.

Each newsletter included information about the workshop theme, the activities implemented, the non-formal education methods used, the contribution of participants, and the main competences developed during the mobility. The newsletters also highlighted key moments from the workshops, such as group discussions, public speaking activities, country presentations, street actions, role-plays, simulations, Youthpass reflection, dissemination planning, and follow-up ideas.

By creating newsletters after each workshop, we ensured that the project was not visible only during the physical activities, but also before and after them through online communication and partner networks. These materials helped participants, partner organisations, local communities, stakeholders, and other young people understand what happened during the project and why the activities were relevant for youth participation, social justice, civic engagement, and community leadership.

The newsletters also supported the multiplication of results. They allowed participants to share the experience with peers in their own organisations and communities, and they helped partner organisations promote the project results on their websites, social media pages, mailing lists, and local communication channels.

In this way, the newsletters contributed to the transparency, visibility, and sustainability of the project. They documented the learning process step by step and created a useful record of the workshops, showing how the project developed from one activity to another and how participants gradually strengthened their skills, confidence, civic awareness, and motivation to become active members of their communities.

Overall, the newsletters were not only promotional materials, but also educational and dissemination resources. They helped communicate the value of Erasmus+ youth participation activities and showed how international cooperation can support young people in becoming more engaged, more informed, and more capable of contributing to social justice in their local and European contexts.
