About Us

Phoenix Knowledge Wings gGmbH is dedicated to safeguarding human rights and advocating for the legal interests of marginalized groups, spanning social class, race, skin color, religion, and ethnic background. We support individuals facing discrimination, including those with disabilities, minorities, and youth. Additionally, we provide ICT training for educators and advocate for the development of digital skills.

MISSION

Our mission is to foster cultural sensitivity in youth through diversity appreciation and direct communication. We provide personalized therapeutic programs for individuals with disabilities and challenge stereotypes by promoting intercultural awareness. We empower youth to become active citizens and support their development in key areas like gender equality and entrepreneurship. We advocate for equal access to education and create a respectful, inclusive environment while building international networks to promote European identity. Additionally, we facilitate research and consulting in social communication and conflict resolution, assisting young people in realizing their employment potential and forming meaningful cross-cultural friendships.

VISION

Our vision is to empower youth worldwide, fostering personal, social, and cultural development while promoting equal opportunities and inclusivity. Through diverse experiences and international initiatives, we aim to cultivate lifelong learning, intercultural dialogue, and societal engagement, with a focus on those facing obstacles, including persons with disabilities.

TARGET GROUPS

Our main beneficiaries are children, adolescents, young people, adults and organizations. Focusing on people with fewer opportunities (cultural, economic, social and geographical obstacles) We work with intercultural dialogue between young people and increase mutual understanding. We work with disadvantaged communities; NEETs, and young people with fewer opportunities, especially those with a disability and mental health issues, to help them tackle their issues and motivate them towards taking steps towards better health, recovery and engagement in the community.
